A complete order gets delivered faster.
- Patient name, date of birth, address, and phone number
- Insurance plan and member ID
- Diagnosis and ICD-10 code
- The item prescribed, with quantity and length of need
- Prescriber name, NPI, signature, and date
- Face sheet or recent clinical notes, if available
We are fully HIPAA compliant. Please do not send patient information by regular email. Use e-script, fax, or phone so it stays protected.
We verify coverage
We check insurance promptly and tell your office if anything is missing.
We contact the patient
We call to confirm the address, a delivery time, and any questions they have.
We deliver and set up
Same-day delivery is available. We show the patient and the caregiver how to use the equipment.
We close the loop
Your office hears back when the order is complete, and the patient has a number to call for resupply.
