Wellness Medical Supplies is a durable medical equipment supplier serving all 62 counties of New York State. Our store is at 160 New Dorp Lane, Staten Island, NY 10306, and our headquarters is at 266 52nd Street, Brooklyn, NY 11220.

- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site running and secure.
- Information from third parties. Videos on this site are hosted by YouTube. YouTube may set cookies or collect data once you press play. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed, which does not set tracking cookies until you start a video.
How we use it
- To respond to your questions and requests.
